Fairbanks Alaska - Northern Lights Observation Winter Tours

Iditarod Iditarod Iditarod
Observe the magnificent Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) from a heated cabin high above Fairbanks – far away from any city light obstruction – and from the hills above the Chena Hot Springs Resort with a spectacular and breathtaking 360-degree view. Relax and rejuvenate in natural hot springs pools, visit a unique ice museum, take a sled dog ride and enjoy the many winter festival acitivities Fairbanks has to offer. Because Fairbanks is closer to the highly active Aurora Borealis area over the arctic and the winter nights are longer than they are to the south, the Aurora Borelais light shows are often much brighter and more reliable over the Fairbanks area than anywhere else. The lights are flipping and waving through the sky in shades of green, purple and red. A tour and spectacle you'll never forget again!
